Touring and bushwalking Uluru & Kata Tjuta

In March 2017, we travelled to Australia’s red heart – Uluru and Kata Tjuta in the Northern Territory. Follow along as we bushwalk around these great natural rocks, and enjoy the night-time ‘Field of Light’ art installation.

Uluru was previously known as “Ayers Rock” and Kata Tjuta was known as “The Olgas”. The name ‘Kata Tjuta’ means “many heads”, and if you wait until the end of the video, the panorama shows how they look like the heads many people sleeping on the land.

There is an excellent article on the Uluru and Kata Tjuta National Park in Wikipedia at this link;

Thank you for watching.
